Our team provides a comprehensive recruitment and development service as an extension to their resourcing teams. Working closely with key decision makers we conduct telephone and face to face school leaver and graduate interviews, review training materials and deliver a range of recruitment skills coaching sessions and formal training courses. We coach partners and senior managers to conduct final interviews using one to one practical half day workshops as well as facilitate line managers learning to interview for the first time.

Using our experience and knowledge of large organisation recruitment processes, we were able to design a set of competencies around a basic job description and create an imaginative process for our client. This involved working with existing members of staff to identify the key skills and qualities required and creating simple assessment exercises in which candidates could demonstrate them.
